Parade
From the Parade Web site
(Information is from 2005 and will be
updated)
The parade begins at Central and Thomas in
Phoenix. It continues southbound on Central to Hance
(Deck) Park. The park (1100
North Central) is also the location of the Irish Faire, located on
the west side of Central by the Irish Cultural Center.
Be there for LOTS of fun. The parade
and faire promise to be the best yet. Eat and drink to your heart's
desire while hearing toe-tapping (and foot-stomping) music and
watching some of the Valley's top Irish dance troupes. Visit the
many craft and information booths and enjoy our community's premiere
St. Patrick's Day family event!
Fun SIG tip: Get there early and bring a folding chair. Don't forget
to wear green. If you sit on the west side of Central, consider
wearing sunscreen and sunglasses.
